Prepaid Technologies On September 20th, my wallet got stolen and my cards got messed up

On September 20th, my wallet got stolen and my cards got messed up. It was a big mess and I lost a ton of money. I managed to get my money back on my other cards, but not on my dash card. Prepaid technologies said they looked into it and rejected my claim. It felt like they were calling me a liar. They clearly didn't really investigate because they would have seen all the weird charges.

Prepaid Technologies I need my paycheck that was deposited in a closed account due to COVID-19

I need my paycheck that was deposited in a closed account due to COVID-19. They're holding my money. I've been in contact since August 20th. I've had this prepaid card since I started working in 2014. During COVID-19, I was out of work from March 13th to August 12th. They closed my account but still deposited my paycheck. Now, I'm getting the runaround. All I want is my hard-earned money that I worked for, but they won't give it to me. Please help me.

Prepaid Technologies Banking services through my work, I never received my replacement debit card

Banking services through my work, I never received my replacement debit card. I have been waiting for months, but I never received the card. I have called multiple times, trying to be patient and give them a chance to resolve the issue. They sent my replacement card somewhere, and that person activated the card on June 3rd. They have stolen all my money from my account. This company does not make me feel like they have my best interest at heart. I want to make sure that they follow through and return my money.

For a while now, me and a bunch of other folks (according to the app reviews) haven't been able to check our account balance, see our activity, or even pay our bills. It's like this company, who also issues those payment cards, can't get their act together. So, I've been attempting to log into my "online banking" thingy for what feels like forever, only to be greeted with some pesky login error. I figured maybe I had the wrong password, so I tried resetting it. At first, I'd get a temporary password within ten minutes to an hour. But after a few days, it started taking a whole day or more to get those temporary passwords. And now, I don't get them at all. But you know what? Just this past Monday...

Prepaid Technologies Dash card is a merchant that my job uses to pay employees

Dash card is a merchant that my job uses to pay employees. On February 10th, I checked the dash app to make sure my check had been deposited. However, I was surprised to see that my card had been locked for fraud protection. I immediately called the dash card customer service number and they told me that the VISA system had been compromised. They advised me to get a new card to ensure my security. They also mentioned that I would have to pay $5.00 for the new card, which would take 5-7 business days to arrive. If I wanted it faster, I could choose the expedited option for $15.00, promising delivery within 2-3 business days. I decided to go for the expedited option, hoping to receive my new card quickly.

Unfortunately, it seems that there was a mistake in processing my order. They ended up charging me $15.00, $5.00, and another $5.00. It is now Thursday, February 17, 2022, and I still haven't received my new card. I reached out to dash customer service again, but they were unable to provide me with a tracking number for my card. I feel frustrated and disappointed with this situation. It's really unfair and inconsiderate that I have to wait for so long without any clear information about the whereabouts of my card.

I contacted dashcard holder services to get an update on my card that was sent by blue accorn without any tracking. They told me that they can't give me any information and advised me to contact blue accorn. I've been trying to reach out to blue acorn prestamos and the sba for over 7 months to inquire about the status of my ppp payment, but I haven't received any valid information. Instead, I've faced a lot of resistance. The representatives at car memeber services denied me access to information. I'm desperately trying to find my funds, and my lawyer has tried reaching out to blue accorn without success. *** EXXXXXXX employee id number denied the existence of a fraud department or cooperate office. Please help us get some information about the status of my card. It feels unfair to not receive a tracking number or anything.

On December X XXXX, my brother got paid at 12am and around 1am, just an hour later, I took him to the store where he spent $200. After that, we went home and slept for a few hours. At 9:15am, on the same day, we went to Walmart to withdraw money to pay rent that was due on the 7th. To our surprise, we found out that his account was locked and he couldn't access his own money. We started calling them at 9:30am and on the first call, they said they put in a request to access it and it would ONLY take an hour or two. But come 6pm that evening, after calling them 8 different times and getting told the same thing, I finally got "a supervisor" on the phone who wouldn't assist in any way. They are trying to screw my brother out of his money. And on top of it all, the 7th of December is his birthday and he turned 50 today. So please help.

Prepaid Technologies I got a loan put onto a Dash prepaid card from Prepaid Technologies

I got a loan put onto a Dash prepaid card from Prepaid Technologies. It was a PPP loan helped by blueacorn. I was in Ohio at the time, but then I went back to my mom's house, which is also where my business is located at 4111 alafia blvd Brandon fl 33511. I was a bit late in changing my address, maybe around 2 weeks, because I was in the hospital in Tampa, where I am now. I never got my first card, I think it got sent back because my old landlord in Ohio stopped my mail. The $1925 is in my account, and I followed their instructions for sending them documents for my new address. I've been trying for 5 weeks to get a new card, but they don't send one and they don't call. Finally, 2 weeks ago, I got an email from Leila D from support telling me to send more documents with some choices listed. I gave them these extra things, like my driver's license, car insurance bill, and USPS change of address form with my new address, but still no luck.

Prepaid Technologies I got a card from this company on 08/21

I got a card from this company on 08/21. It had money on it that I got from a loan ($4,132.00). I activated my card and took out about $600.00, plus ATM fees. Then, I went to *** in *** Georgia to get a cash advance. I tried to get $1,000.00 first, and then $500.00 for a car purchase. But both transactions didn't work. This company put a fraud alert on my account and won't remove it. This money is mine, not theirs. They're not the lender connected to this money, so they don't have the right to keep it. The remaining balance on my account is $3,298.39, but I can't access it. Right now, I don't have power for the third day, waiting for them to fix their mistake. Their "fraud number" can't find my information linked to my phone number and just hangs up on me. They're really rude and dismissive, talking over me and won't give me a timeline for a solution to this problem.

Prepaid Technologies This company was supposed to have issued me my sba loan through blue acorn

This company was supposed to have issued me my sba loan through blue acorn. I have recived a card ending in 3772 with a negative balance of -$2 and change. Upon activating my new card which should have had my loan of $5,000 on it I noticed that I not only was there no money but there was transactions and statments for my cards that I had just recieved. The trtansactions dated back to July but I had only recieved my card in September. I filed a dispute with the company and was told that I could not receive any provisional credits because I am a blue acorn customer. There is no mention in the disclosures I recieved that I would have special terms due to me being a blue acorn customer. I was given a 90 day window as to when the missing funds would be added to my card. Attached you will find a statement for my card ending in 3772 that I was just issued in September with transactions that date back to July, Clearly there has been some sort of mistake and I just want it fix.

Blue Acorn gave Dash the wrong social security number, so I couldn't activate the card or create an online account. It's been 4 months since the correction, and I've been trying to get a card to access my PPP money, but there's no money on it. I filed a claim with Dash, but before signing the complaint, I asked for a statement of charges 2 weeks ago to know what I'm claiming against. I still haven't received it. Today, I called them again to ask about it, and now they're saying they can't access my account without a card number. I'm tired of their games and I think they took my money, which is why they won't send me a statement of charges. I can't even apply for loan forgiveness because I never received the funds, and a portion of the money was supposed to go towards employer wages, but that didn't happen. I need help resolving this issue, getting my money, and receiving a statement of charges. They just hung up on me after making me wait for over 45 minutes to speak to a supervisor.
