I exchanged $9 in coins for bills. Teller takes it to the back room and comes back stating $8.65. That is 35 cents short. It was $8 quarters and 1 quarter, 5 pennies, 7 dimes. I counted the 7 dimes 3 times be for I went to the bank. That means the change counter is inaccurate, or a quarter and dime did not go thru. Teller also had an attitude. When I make deposits, she is all congenial. She treated me like I was not a customer.

Desired outcome: I will not be renewing my CD's when they mature, and invest them with another institution.
