My name is Dora Grijalva and my complaint is about the service I've been getting on the branch located at 3996 Ball Road, Los Alamitos CA 90720.
I opened my corporation business account three years ago and I have been making deposits since then on different US Bank branches. Unfortunately every time I go to this particular location the treatment towards me is very different. The verification process to make any deposit on this branches is pretty exhaustive and on Dec 16th it was just too much. I always provide my US driver license along with the business visa card but this time they require me to verify my address, my business address, my ITIN number for a simple deposit. they always said that is because they just update the system but I am the only one having this kind of verification even though there are other customers doing the same transaction. I am complaining after many occasions of this recurring treatment on this particular location specially because I haven't have any of this type of verification in any of the other locations I have done the same type of transaction.
