UPS $6,000 computer sits in there warehouse for 3 days.

They don't have humans to talk to or escalate. They tell you to contact the shipping company to track the order they're delivering... Hmm, so they probably have a better idea where the package is and when it will be delivered than UPS does.
You call for help, then if you can figure out how to get an agent (I did) the phone says "Agents are unavailable due to Covid-19". Wow... Worst customer service in the world. Why are they in business?

UPS Cant access account

On Monday the 13th of July. The UPS man from San Ramon, his name is Steven Mckesson. His last name is on tattooed on his arm. Tall African American.Delivers to Crow Canyon. Saw him park his truck by another womens car and starting smoking pot. They didnt see me but he was wearing his dirty uniform and smoking weed with a women. I also saw them do lines of cocaine. Or whatever drug they put in their nose.
Do you drug test at UPS? I do not want this man delivering packages high to my house or driving in my neighborhood. I have children.
I was going to call police but I did not want to see this man be treated badly by police due to his race. But I thought you all should know that this man should not be working for your company.

UPS Consistently gives false delivery information

Every time UPS plans to deliver a package to me on a Saturday they string me along all day with false information and I wait until 9pm only to find out on Sunday (or very late Saturday night) that the package is coming on Monday. They do this to me every single time. Why bother telling me it's coming on Saturday at all? This about the 8th time this has happened...and I am tired of it. Saturday is my one day off to get things done and instead I end up sitting like a prisoner in my home waiting for packages that never come...the delivery window will change from later times to earlier times, which indicates that a package surely should be delivered, but every single time it doesn't come at all. When I call UPS I always get someone nasty who tells me the package is coming and they spout out false info and they refuse to answer me when I ask why I am being given false information (or they get extremely angry and argumentative with me). UPS should really be held accountable for this. I have taken screenshots to show the day/time promises and the day/time I received "updates" to prove I am telling the truth. Today, I was told a package was coming between 11-3 and then 9-1 and it's well after 1pm and no package...then the jerk on the phone said it will come by 9pm (but I know it will most likely not come at all). UPS is committing fraud and misleading customers and I am reporting this everywhere I can.

UPS Customer treatment

Yesterday, 7-7-20, I went to drop of packages at the UPS location of "47 N. 1st Street, Bangor, Pennsylvania, 18013, and I'm disgusted by the inconsiderate and unprofessional treatment I received.

As I entered the door, the woman behind the desk (OF WHICH WAS NOT WEARING ANY MASK), some 15-20 feet away from the door, yelled at me telling me, demanding "Stop right there, you can't come in here without a mask on!".

I immediately and respectfully asked "Where do you want me to put these?" to which she continued to rudely yell loudly "You cannot come in!" while inconsiderately not answering my question where I can put the packages.

At that point I respectfully explained "I don't wear a mask because they cause respiratory issues.", but she didn't care at all and continued to avoid answering my question, so I set the packages on the table just inside the doorway.

1. If you have a policy requiring masks, your employees should be wearing them AT ALL TIMES! Your employees are required to follow your policies for employment with UPS.

2. It's rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional not to realize some people cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, let alone for general health reasons, let alone unlawful to discriminate against people.

3. It's extremely rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable to confront and expect the general public to obey unlawful demands to wear a mask while your employees aren't wearing a mask, especially after your customers has already explained why they aren't wearing a mask. Quite frankly, it's unreasonable to even confront the general public with such an unlawful demand.

4. With UPS being a publicly owned business, you should know the general public is not subject to your policies in publicly accessible areas open to the general public to conduct their lawful business; Your policies are not law, and are not enforceable by law on the general public. Furthermore, there is no lawfully enforceable order or law requiring the general public to wear masks in any public buildings or properties. Basically, it's not against the law to not wear a mask in public.

Lastly, I understand the abundant concerns many ill informed people have regarding the SARS-COV-19 virus, its medical symptoms known as COVID-19, and the wearing of masks, but feelings and policies don't trump a persons right to lawfully conduct their lawful business in a business owned by the people.

Personally, I don't have an issue or concern over anyone not wearing a mask for their own reasons, but it's entirely hypocritical and unacceptable for a UPS employee to unlawfully demand that the general public wear a mask while not wearing a mask themselves.

I welcomed any documents and/or statutes to show otherwise if I am incorrect in my understanding the law in this matter.

Sincerely,
Anonymous Law abiding citizen

UPS Home depot shipment

I just got the ups person delivered my packages. They are heavy but not a problem to carry. I just move the 2 boxes from my porch to my garage with no effort. This guy dragged the boxes from his truck, damaging my newly painted driveway. I saw him in my Cameras and sure enough when I went out to check I saw the marks on the paint. Please re-train this person amd make him understand that he needs to be careful with other peoples property. Not cool. Thank you.

UPS Unethical behavior

I was hired on the 11th of june as a package handler and today 26th of june I quit... I tried my hardest to stay I was over worked and had drivers and other employees micro managing me... On my 3rd day I had 5 trucks and then last saturday I was on 6 trucks my lead carolyn told me she would help me but she only did for 10 minutes after 2 1/2 hours... This week tuesday I was moved to another belt to work which is not as intense I worked across a worker name kaitlyn who only work 1 truck and shorts the boxes my new lead today saw that we were getting slammed so he helped her short while she put boxes in her truck then came on my side to criticize me for taking to long to grab all my boxes off the belt he the. Just stood in my way and watch me struggle with my boxes... For the past 4 days I seen ppl help kaitlyn  even when she didn't need help and just walk by me then I find out her dad works at the there for 30 years... I truly wanted to stay but I could see it was only gonna get worse... Also I caught carolyn fussing with kaitlyn about how she's sick of black people protesting and casting that they are not getting the same opportunities as caucasian I felt so uncomfortable especially with what's going on in society... Changes truly need to happen at the ups customer center in bradenton florida

UPS Delivery

Received my 1400$ delivery yesterday and the driver simply left it in the entrance of the apartment building I live in. He did not even bother to buzz my apartment to let me know it had arrived. It was only because I saw the truck driving away from my living room window that I knew I may have a package. This is unacceptable. To leave a package for anyone to take away is not using basic common sense. Never again will I have anything shipped by this company.

UPS Second day air service

I had a 2nd Day air package that was supposed to be delivered to my on Monday 6/22. It was never delivered, and later that evening it said on the tracking that the package will be delayed one business day. No delivery yesterday the 23rd, and now the tracking says "In Transit with no scheduled delivery". When I try to call UPS and talk to a live person, a message tells me that no agents are available and to use the website. Why did I even pay for a Premium Service?

Tracking Number ends in 712007 and my zip code is 11757

UPS Not receiving packages and drivers retaliating after complaints

Aggressive ups driver
Up until this previous winter, our service was always wonderful. Now, we have a new driver that stated he will not deliver to our mailing address.
I filed a complaint with stacey, the branch manager at the okanogan county distribution center approximately february of this year (2020). Due to the snow at that time, I got a box in town then when the snow was gone, returned to my mailing address.
The driver stated he would not deliver to my mailing address. Yesterday [protected]), I was expecting a package and did not receive it. The tracking just said oroville, wa. I live in tonasket. I called the distribution center again, and spoke with stacey, she said there was nothing that could be done.
Today, [protected], I saw the driver across the street and approached him, I asked if I could talk to him, he said very loudly "no" get an address! And waved his clip board thing at me. I started to talk and he shouted, "you're not getting your packages!" and in that I heard the "f" word somewhere but I was shaking and running to get my phone. I believe he told me to go [censored] myself.
I called stacey in omak again, told her, and have yet to hear anything back. I am missing packages and getting very upset about this.
Stacy refused to give me the drivers name each time I called her, and I don't have a name to put on an official report at the ups line.
I received a call from another manager after filing a paper complaint and he told me the drivers don't have to deliver packages.
Today [protected]), my neighbor called to tell me my package was found in the bushes, smashed to pieces and looked like it was kicked, driven over, and smelled like it had been urinated on. It's gotten so I cannot order if ups is the shipper, I don't feel safe with the drivers.

UPS A headset from gamestop

So I bought a headset because I broke my other one and when it said delivered I looked outside and it wasn't there I looked in the front back and the mailbox. So I am now dissatisfied with how ups delivers because it's so insignificant and not professional. So basically I spent days of waiting so it could be delivered to the wrong place so now I would like a refund and when I order I again I need it to actually arrive at my house and not anyone else's please and thank you.

UPS Driver, rude unprofessional

We needed a pickup for a package that needed to be sent overnight for medical reasons. We called ups and the driver came in to pick it up... He had been here earlier to drop off packages and pick up another but this was a new one and wasn't available earlier in the day. With medical cases you don't know when a sample is going to needed to be run asap, it is patient based. The driver was annoyed he had to come back and was very rude. He also said that he hoped this wouldn't become a regular thing and left in a huff. We called the local manager and she actually accused us of lying about the incident because he was their most senior driver and wouldn't behave like that. We called corporate and the manager there was very supportive and said he would speak tto the local manager and driver. Well, he did, and now he's worse. He throws the packages on the floor. Won't speak to anyone. Corporate now says there's nothing they can do. The previous 2 drivers were great. Very friendly and courteous. This guy is just rude.

UPS Manager at phone center attitude

Package delivered to a hub 1/2hr away. No way to contact hub. Directed to computer. There's no humans to get info from that way. It took days for them to return email. Address of hub not available and they refuse to give out numbers for us to call. Receiver went to pick it up and they closed 1 1/2 hours early! Sign on door said 7pm! Today we got an email that said the pkg was being returned to sender because it wasn't picked up on time! It took all this time just to find it! Supervisor online refused to help, refused to get his supervisor saying "I don't have one", blamed it on me. Fully acknowledged it was ups issue but totally refused to do anything! When asked how to file a complaint he told us we couldn't unless we went online and looked! While he was on the phone I googled it and voila, a a phone number to call for complaints! He said it wasn't real or from ups site! Corp said pkg had not been returned and we could get it before 5:30 today! Can't contact actual place it's supposed to be at?!? Customer service refused to call to verify! Now we have to travel another hour round trip!
Employee # kdj4ahd mark needs training! Not god!

UPS Total lack of integrity

In my neighborhood near Oakland, CA, UPS has developed a reputation for delivery hijynx. For a number of years, I have been receiving packages and delivery notifications via UPS and most times (90%) I receive an email notification that the package was delivered and signed for. While the package was simply left on the porch while I was at home (I work from home with my 2-dog alarm), there was no ringing of the door bell, and certainly there was no signature. Where I come from, the email telling me that the package was signed for is considered a blatant lie.

A few months ago, I was alerted to a delivery to my home address the next day. The package did not arrive. The following day, I received notice that my package could be picked up the next day at my local Walgreens on the next day, a strange and unexpected twist, to which I dutifully drove on the day following the stated delivery date (at that time it wasn't urgent and I wanted to be sure I did not check too early), only to learn that the package had never arrived at the prescribed (by UPS, not me) Walgreens delivery point despite the UPS email telling me the package had actually been delivered to there! The Walgreens delivery point clerk informed me that my experience was not uncommon at all, every day there were customer package pickups just like mine; apparently, sometimes the parcels got delivered to the other Walgreens in town and others simply were marked as delivered in the afternoon even though they weren't and then the driver would drop them off at 9pm or first thing the next morning. Inexplicably, my package was delivered to my residence (no doorbell or signature) the next day, which was 6 days after the original promised delivery date.

This saga of broken promises continues. The last 5 or more UPS deliveries have all been promised "tomorrow between xx a.m. - yy p.m. (generally midmorning to early afternoon)" and this would pass, the delivery would get pushed out to sometime before 9pm or to "tomorrow..." again, and sometimes it has only been a one day delay and other times it carries on for multiple days. The key thing is that in all these cases, the parcel has made it to the local UPS depot (5 minutes from my house), and it has been indicated as being "out for delivery," yet it gets delayed for at least a day beyond the promised date.

UPS is failing at its sole purpose, which is timely and trustworthy delivery. Given the "Fuel Surcharge" lie that they continue to perpetrate and charge us for, I do not believe anything UPS says, and I have taken my business to the honest, trustworthy US Post Office or FedEx or the very good and cheaper regional delivery services.
