I want to file a complaint. I am very angry and disappointed in your service! I shipped a next day air out and you guys screwed it up! 1z183x781334726842.
When I shipped it out at your customer counter later that day I realized I forgot to put the apt # on it. That night I logged on to ups site. I went through the bother register my account. I put in for a change of address. This should of fixed the problem! The following day I even received a phone call from ups in daytona to verify the change. The women said it would be added to the label and it will be delivered that day! All day long I tracked that package on my phone because it was a very important parcel. Every hour I would check on the progress and kept getting a green out for delivery response. At about 6:30 pm I got a yellow address information required message! I frantically called ups at the 800! Gentleman said he would message the driver to deliver it. About a half hour later I get a phone call fromups in daytona from naomi who told me the driver was back at the building and the package would be delivered tomorrow! Totally unexceptable! I ask to speak to a manager and naomi told me she was a manager. I highly doubt that! I asked for her last name because I was going to file a complaint and she wouldn't give it to me! Ups totally let me and the person that was receiving the package down! I am very angry about this! You have all this systems in place that should take care of things but seems like nobody at ups pays any attention to them!
Package deliveries
For years I have refused to use your service because of your I don't give a [censored] attitude to your customers, but every once in a while a shipper I deal with sends me a package using your service and it confirms everything I have ever thought.
While every other delivery service is shipping and for the most part getting the job done before it needs to be done like 1 to 2 days early you guys can't even get the job done two days late.
What a [censored] hole you are.
Driver driving over my septic system
Had driver pull into my business at 6:51 pm and pull across my grass driving over my septic tank and parking on top of it as he unload packages and then drove through my front lawn to my second driveway as driving over my leach field destroying my septic system and causing it to settle and snap my pipes. I have this all on my security cameras. This is not my normal driver that is respectful and responsible. Unprofessional behavior on linkedin
Press Iyamu, Data Scientist at UPS in NJ, replied on 10/14/2020 to my comment on another's unprofessional LinkedIn post that went viral. Press attacked my character and commented publicly about my career, which I assume is a violation of UPS code of conduct. I do not know this person and the fact that he is a Data Scientist for your company is surprising. Thanks, Jim Cantela

Packages are left on next door neighbor patio table. Anyone could pick up. Their are two houses on the street, my house is on the end by dead end barricade. He only stop at first house never look for house number. Which is on my house 7004. Also my suv is park in front of my house. So he should double check to make sure he is at right house. That is good customer service instead of just leaving at first house he see. I need this resolve ASAP. I also told company who I place orders with, They were not happy, they use you all for all their deliveries

I'm missing several packages when the arrive they hand me some and say the rest they cant find but then its marked for delivery [protected]@gmail.com my number is [protected] I order slot from amazon this is not the first time this has occur please the driver is very disrespectful I feel that I am targeted for this please look into this matter for me
Collect and del
I sent a envelope to a collect point on friday 25.9.20 paid for express del to france for monday 28.9.20, but the parcel is still in the depot at dewsbury on tuesday 29.9.20 4.55pm what is the problem, emailed dewsbury but have received no explanation to this request. Have ups broken the contract? How do I make a claim for compensation?

Shipment of engine
Ups freight is a disaster! With over 39 correspondences, with only one email reply by michelle, supervisor. Don't try calling and asking for a manager. They don't exist. It's a answering service with no information but tracking. They also would not transfer my call to any help. They tried delivering the engine two more times after being rejected for leaking...

On 8/11 we sent a package to Mexico, we paid certified fee etc., it was an outrages price for us to pay but we did it anyway since we needed to get this package to a relative.
The package never arrived. I made multiple calls to the UPS store which in turn were some what helpful at first but after i insisted to speak witht he owner he was then a bit more responsive.
UPS has failed me SO MANY TIMES...I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES.
I'm not posting this for you - UPS to do something, I"m posting this so that everyone will know that you are a terrible company...
Stupid Drivers
I use UPS as everyone else doe's for my delivery, In my ups profile I have stated my delivery instructions for each driver to follow. I live in a apartment (Parkview Estates)complex and package theft is high, I have asked to many times not to leave packages in the lobby doorway due to theft. The building managment has large signs posted every place asking all drivers to bring packages to the residents apartment door or to drop them in the office. They continue to leave them in the hallway of the lobby and low and behold my packages dissapear. Now I have a good idea who is the thief and they have long been reported. But is it at all possible a UPS driver is smart enough to follow directions and stop being to lazy to climb a set of stairs to deliver a 30z package. I am disgusted with UPS drivers THE MEN. I ordered a deep freezer to be delivered. I live on 3rd floor and when it was delivered by UPS IT WAS A WOMAN DRIVER AND SHE CARRIED IT UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS BY HERSELF TO DELIVER IT TO MY DOOR AND KNOCKED TO BE SURE SOMEONE WAS HOME TO RECEIVE IT. Now lets talk about your lazy drivers who leave a slip of paper sqaying they delivered or attempted to delivert a package they never bothered or attempted to at all. I am completly disgusted with UPS drivers get it together or get a damn desk job.
Delivery driver
So on the 23 of september 2020 I missed a delivery so I planned to stay home the following day just to recieve the package. The driver never came by the second day but reported that he did. I even had a note on my front door saying I was home. No second slip was left. So he skipped me all together and said he came by. If he or she cant do their job get rid of them. I waisted a day from work waiting on them to come. Pisses me off to the moon and back. I still need my package and I will be home after 5p now. So make sure I get my package.

Your drivers not wearing masks in the mall
Your drivers in Oklahoma City don't wear masks as required. They think they are special and can't spread the virus because they are UPS drivers. I ordered two 32 gallon garbage cans off amazon (2 day) air - ups was the carrier.. I ordered sept 7th, shipped same day by vendor, ups had at local distribution center (20 miles from me) redmond wa.. They were supposed to deliver sept 10th but cans were placed on wrong truck so it was returned to redmond wa. The made atempt next day on 11th, 1/2 way during the day the loser driver returned to redmond again claiming it was to smokey. The next dsay 12th it was dispatched and I could follow on a map they provided driver got within 3 miles on my house after deleivering packages for 10 hours he ran out of time per there union contract so it was returned to redmond distribution again. Yesterday 9/14- the cans wer on a wrong truck again. Today the 15th trhe driver has been driving around its now 8:45pm and no cans, driver will return to redmond again= screw ups I will call amazon tommarow tell them to cancell order and buy from lowes get delivered my fedx.. Ups sucks
Pick up service & online customer service
We are an agent for a cargo company who needed to send at least 200-1000lbs a week with UPS in the Phoenix area. I've repeatedly (4 times) contact UPS customer service regarding a local pickup driver refusing to scan our packages upon pickup leading to multiple lost and untrackable packages. The first two representatives who stated they would report but the same driver showed up and still refused to scan. The third representative simply gave me a link to submit claims. So basically he is saying that I should just wait until a package is lost and submit a claim while offering no solution on how to prevent loss packages while in the possession of the UPS driver. Since we had paid for the shipping service, why would it still be our responsibility, our lost if it was already handed to the UPS driver just because he refused to scan upon pickup?
Delivery not made as scheduled
Package was suppose to be delivered yesterday, Friday 9/4 but won't be delivered until Tuesday 9/8! why am I using ups to deliver packages when they can't keep their delivery schedules! Per amazon, package was scheduled for 26th, today is 31st, still "out for delivery", and it will not let me do a claim. UPS is the worst.
Amazon even declared the package as lost, but I did not think I needed to request a refund for the product, trusting UPS would end up delivering maybe a day or two late, not a full week. The UPS site doesn't help either, once out for delivery, nobody can help.
Not getting any help with a package that was sent to the wrong post office
I placed and order with QVC on 8/6/20. The tracking was updated almost every day. the last entry was on 8/13 at 7:58. "Your UPS Sure Post package was transferred to the wrong post office. It is being corrected".
I have tried numerous times to get an update. I want to know where this package was incorrectly delivered to, when will it be or has it been sent to the correct post office (West Grove, PA) and when I can expect delivery.
This "update" message has been all I've seen for the past several days.

As much as I hate UPS, YOU failed to put the proper address information on the label, and UPS was unable to make the correction in time to fix YOUR blunder, so THEY are the bad guys, do I have that right?
