This is a complete scam. My signature was duplicated, I never received the promised documents, and no services has been provided. They took a payment out of my account and once blocked they changed their name and took additional monies. I cannot believe that BOA would like to occur. I was promised trips and other vacations and this was not available. Complete Fraud.
