the police auto theft form mandates an imperative warning must appear in the rental company contract which is missing but still it was filed by U-Haul leading to wrongful arrest because there was no intension to deprive U-Haul of it's property permanently I was just late in the return which I notified representatives of the inspection of the new apartment was delayed beyond my control

Claimed loss: All HVAC work tools, loss of freedom from wrongful arrest

Desired outcome: charges be dismissed and I will Pay restitution promptly
