Sir on oct31st I travel by Turikish airlines no00006 in the business class from Chicago to NewDelhi with a layover at Istambool my lay over was for 4 hour but it was extended to almost 8 hours by delaying the flight for 4 hours . I am a senior citizen travelling all by myself sitting and waiting at the airport without any food or drink . Hearing so much about this airlines .i have booked my flight for the first time to get some pleasant memorable experiences.

As I started feeling low I contacted one of the staff there by providing me some thing to eat or drink I had already checked out of the lounge and the schedule of departure was not clear so no way of taking chance of going back to the lounge The staff very rudely said I can not help.

As a rule which other airlines follow if the flight is delayed more than 2 hours it is your duty to provide food and drink to the waiting passengers . But here no luck .At last the flight took off by midnight 12 pass. There also food was served very late

I had very bad and horrifying experience with your airline . I determine I will never fly with this airline and never suggest any one known to me to take this airlines

Sir I travelled by Turkish airlines on oct 31st by flight no TK0006 and TK0716from Chicago to new Delhi with a lay over at Isatabool .On reaching my final destination on Nov. 2nd morning I found on of my baggage is damaged by ripping at the bottom . I am enclosing the picture of my baggage and the damaged part .

I travelled by Turkish airlines on 31st oct in business class fron Chicago ohare to New Delhi indira Gandhi international air port . On reaching my desitation and after collecting my baggage I. noticed one of the baggage in a damaged state , some portion on bottom side was ripped . I booked with this airlines with a high hope of getting some pleasant and memorial experience but got opposite .i am attaching photo of my boarding pass ,baggage tag and damaged part I want a compensation of r/s 5500 as the cost of my bag Hoping for a fair and positive response thanks
