Truworths Westwood mall are useless, rude, untrained and treat the customers terribly. I went in last Sunday to fetch my online order, they gave me another customers order and have admitted that my 1 missing parcel may have also been given to another customer. One week later apparently the store cannot get thru to their online department. ARE THESE GUYS THAT INCOMPETANT! So I am currently paying for items and being chrged interest on it, that I do not have. The staff have no people skills and are rude. This is not the first time I have had this issue. In July of this year, while fetching my online order from the store, I purchased an item from their Jewelry section. the Cashier attending to me pushed all my things aside to attend to other customers. I understand that it the store was busy but my things were hap hazardly moved and as a result my jewelry package was most probably packed in another customers package. There is no CCTV cameras because I had asked them to pull the footage out. Further the staff working there were laughing at me and speaking in their native language. I confronted them but their manager Lindo protected them. When I spoke to the area manager, he requested that they give me a credit. However the store only did the credit after almost 2 months making me make several trips to the store.
