I bought shoes for my wedding for $159
I bought shoes for my wedding for $159. The first time I wore them was during alterations for my wedding dress. The crystal strip on the toe literally started draping off within the first two minutes of wear. So now they've been worn (inside) and my wedding dress was altered to fit this heel. I saw the same shoe on sale on their website for $66.99. I offered to just glue the crystal back on if they would refund me the difference. They responded once, asking for pictures, but now they won't respond to my numerous calls and emails. Their customer service is terrible and unacceptable. The reviews on Facebook seem to agree. It seems like they offer higher-end products but have zero customer service when it comes to faulty items.

Here's what I said in my original email: *** I bought a London Fog Vintage Collection 28" Expandable Hardside Spinner Style #*** in Navy & Tan stripes. This was my first time using the bag. When I took it out of my car trunk and put it on the ground, I noticed that one of the wheels didn't roll. I checked the bottom of the bag and saw that the wheel well was caved in. I'm attaching some pictures to this email. The bottom of the bag was also dry rotted. It was so frustrating because my wedding was just a few days away, and I really needed those shoes. I tried contacting the vendor many times, but they only responded to me three times out of the 28 times I reached out. They completely ignored the fact that I never received my shoes, even though I sent them pictures of my wedding to prove it. It's been a while now, and my issue still hasn't been resolved. My wedding was on July 29th, and it's just not fair that I spent $70.00 on shipping and $320 on shoes, only to be ignored and left without my product.
