Truworths review: Customer service

On the 16th of February at your Rosebank store, I was collecting an order my mother had made for me. Upon waiting in line for the order, one of the sales clerks, who had curly hair that was two-toned proceeded to make rude remarks and speak about me to another clerk who is bald and wears glasses. I thought it was extremely inappropriate and just plain uncomfortable. Please address that sort of behaviour because it doesn’t make one feel comfortable ever returning to the store again.
