truworths is selling us poor quality clothes at expensive prices
I bought clothes at truworths in december, two of the items were torn after 3 times of being worn, I took it back to truworths and I was told that damaged goods are not exchanged after a month, it is on the receipt, I asked the old lady (I think she is the manager) where that is on the slip as I had a recent truworths slip she never showed me and she left it, I called the head office and they said I should return it, I went back and the lady still refused. That same week I had bought a shift for about r350, just before I wore it I realised that there were stitches that were coming out, I took it back to the glen mall and explained everything and I showed them the ones I had bought at south gate and they exchanged everything but they gave me a hassle until I told them that I heard phoned the heard office and they advised that I should return everything to them. Now yesterday I was wearing pants I bought at truworths begining of winter, I had a shock of my life when my husband who was walking behind me asked me why my pants were torn, when I checked yes they were torn not by anything but it was just poor quality! Truworths is selling us poor quality clothes at expensive prices.

I recently opened up a Truworths account .
To my horror , I have received a policy about Account Protection .
After various telephone , it appears that this is compulsory and cannot be canceled.
Surely this is not legal
I bought clothes, a skirt, jacket and shoes for my niece. But she passed away vefore her birthday in the 18th of September. Because I have been occupied with the funeral I did not have a chance to return the goods.
I bought the clothes on 24 Aug and wanted to return it on 26 Sept and the people at the shop refused to take it back.

I bought pajamas do my son at truworths and they were torn after my son worn them twice I send them back to the store and then I was told that they sending the product back to their head office for review and they called me saying it was rejected so I am not happy with the outcome want my refund

15/08/2023 I was at truworth randburg I wanted to purchase a gown the cashier ringed the item the next thing refused to sell it to telling me is a set aside for a customer.. But it was on the floor in a rail that looks like clothes from fitting room...
Hi there. I bought Olympia perfume at wonderpark for R 2 700 3 weeks back. Wow it doesn't smell at all,it is so weak. What a waist of my money. I regret buying such an expensive perfume for nothing.
