Trivago review: Yust Hostel Antwerp Belgium

I thought you may be interested in this compliant. I have never tried Trivago, and I was redirected to Algotels to make my above booking. I specifically wanted a single room and that was on the booking. As it turned out, I did not get a single room but A bed firstly in a mixed dormitory and finally after complaining, a single bunk in a female dorm. This is nothing like what I booked. As well as this the dorm showers were blocked ( I cleaned the shower with my bare hands, because the staff did not fix it the following day and previously I had cleaned the dorm when it flooded. I should of researched this company as I could only find 2 positive reviews in a sea of complaints. I am very reluctant to book anything with you again as you could be redirected to a company who scams everyone, in your name. What are you doing for compensation, and just as importantly, why is this rogue company allowed to be associated with you?
