Premier Inn Hotels room

Sirs

Good afternoon, we sent a complaint several months ago when we stayed at your hotel on June 15, 2023. The room they gave us was dirty and the shower had fungus, The person who was stat the reception informed us that he could not change our room and that we had to make a claim for a refund.

Premier Inn Hotels Refused a refund under your Good Night's Sleep guarantee

This is what I recently wrote, however any excuse not to honour your Good Night's sleep guarantee,

Hi

I think reporting the issue within hours is definitely a reasonable time frame, once the people had come through the door from the lifts making the noise the damage was done we were awake, how would I know which room they were staying in!

I don't agree with your response, normally I don't have an issue when staying at Premier inns therefore I have reported this issue via Resolver and I will have to escalate it higher if need be.

I hope you can honour your Good Night's Sleep Guarantee and refund me the 1 night of our 2 night stay.

Desired outcome: Refund for my stay on the Saturday night

Premier Inn Hotels Premier inn Inverness centre (river ness)

Ref BAHR168652
We checked in on Sunday 15th August for one night we were given room 304 at the front of the hotel over looking the river ness
At around 11 30 pm we were woken up by loud music, singing and shouting which came from a bar directly across the river called Johnny foxes
This noise was still going on well after midnight and I went down to reception to complain.
Three members of staff were present and I explained the problem one member of staff says what do you think we can do about it another said we could maybe change our room. I refused the offer as it was well after midnight and we had to be up early
This noise went on to about two in the morning.
This is the first time we have complained about premium inn our favourite hotel

Premier Inn Hotels Noisy room no hot water t

I have contacted premier Inn 10th July through feedback form and received a reference number WHB-1001554-V1T5 no response by 30th July.
Stayed at Malvern 9th -10th July. Room was noisy sounded like a generator running through the night. Next morning no hot water. Could not use shower as only freezing cold water. Complained to hotel before we left but complaint fell on deaf ears.

Desired outcome: Full refund

Premier Inn Hotels failed at all things hospitality!!!

As an American I do not know much about Northern Ireland hotel chains, therefore before booking I did some research. I decided to go with what appeared to be a well established brand that had many chains of hotels. Premier Inn seemed to be the perfect match. Oh how wrong I was! when arriving at the hotel in Derry/London Derry I was disappointed to find out that the hotel wasn't anywhere near the city centre despite the website describing it as so, and I had to pay for a taxi just to get into town and see some sights! Not only this, but the room was cramped and dark with an uncomfortable bed. After a terrible nights sleep, I ventured to find the famous good value Premier Inn breakfast only to be further disappointed! the 'hot' buffet was actually cold and I was eating at 9am, I felt sorry for this that came down any later! one thing I will say is that the staff were the most friendly bunch, recommending taxi companies and sights to go and see. They were only positive to this hotel.

Premier Inn Hotels Shuttle service from airport to premier inn.

Getting into Dublin Airport late on Wednesday night 22nd march 2017, having already booked a night with Premier Inn Dublin Airport, we asked for directions to Shuttle for Premier Inn, and were told 'Zone 16', ok so where's Zone 16, as directed we followed through proceeding to Zone 16, we came across a notice board with all the hotels that have Shuttles on the board except Premier Inn. At this stage, it's Freezing cold and raining heavy we proceed to where we see a queue, Shuttles coming and going, so I ask ( in heavy rain) some drivers where is Shuttle for Premier Inn, ' It's over there', hands waving in the Air, proceeded over there, but see no Sign for Premier Inn all in Heavy rain and so cold my wife had to open her suitcase to get out a pair of socks and a warm hat, as she had complete knee replacement recently and not in very good health. We spent a very long time looking for this Shuttle, coming around again and again to different routes to 'Zone 16' only by chance we saw a ' Double Decked ' Shuttle with Premier Inn on it, eventually we got to Premier Inn, took off our ' Drenched clothing' to hang on the ' Towel' rail to dry. I wrote out a complaint in the morning after breakfast. But it seems, Premier Inn feels it's not their problem, that it's the Airports problem, how can this be, ! As they Premier Inn Advertise Shuttle service from Airport to Hotel. How will this effect Tourism; Zone 16, no directions as to where Shuttle for Premier Inn picks customers up.

Premier Inn Hotels Customer service not responding

I stay in Premier Inn a lot as I travel the UK and usually they are great. Recently I arrived and no-one was on Reception. I waited 10 minutes before the Receptionist appeared, coffee in hand, explaining she had been for her break.

I complained using the form on the Premier Inn site and 8 days later I have not even received an acknowledgment let alone an apology.
