Flight cancelled due to coronavirus, but no refund
On March 30, 2020, I received notification from Travelgenio that my flights for my wife and I on SAS SK4496 from Oslo to Svalbard on 2 Aug 2020 was cancelled. We had paid $648.40 on 19 Jan 2020 for these flights. The tickets booked through Travelgenio were [protected]-[protected] for Charles Wilson Kent and [protected]-[protected] for Mary Mederios Kent.
The email said "...the amount will be refunded to the form of payment provided when making the booking." Neither my wife, myself, nor another couple we were traveling with have received any further notice about our refunds. We have been unsuccessful in attempting to contact Travelgenio.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and prompted by this cancellation, we have cancelled our trip. Since the airline cancelled our trip, we expect a full refund.

Hi, I tried to make a payment for booking a flight ticket. However, its credit card was rejected, so I opened the website again and rebooked. It is ever so frustrating to have the airline say take it up with agent, and when agent does not come to the party the airline also backs out.
Could you please chase up on this refund for me. I have tried to communicate with travelgenio however and almost 4 months, no real indication of my refund. Keep getting automated messages about covid19. I asked for this refund long before the pendemic.
Furthermore, it is ever so distasteful to continue getting no response from travelgenio and humbly request this refund be escalated. I'm sorry however this is unacceptable. I have waited since march for my funds. This money will put food on the table and will help with buying medicine for my two kids. To add insult to injury, I contacted qatar and they advised me that the ticket was refundable however id need to do it directly with travelgenio.
