Restriction of breakfast times to one hour is not acceptable.
Booked in 2 rooms with family including grandkids. Was told that this arrangement is as per the Covid laws. Nonsense.
No restaurant restricts time. They commit to sanitising, social distancing and wearing of a mask.
Lies are not acceptable.
Hotel seems to be compromising service by utilising the pandemic to reduce cost. Same hotel would not do that for lunch or dinner
