CheapTrips.com review: Lifetime membership + 4 free tickets

I paid $119.98 for a lifetime membership and 4 free tickets. On May 11, 2006. This membership was supposed to provide last minute specials, international bargain fares, space available discount fares with members-only additional savings, and more. We had trouble getting a hold of them from that point on and soon filed it away as useless. Now, cleaning out my files, I am wondering if there is any way to get a refund on this lifetime membership.
