My mother lives in memory care at Cartell Inn of Brighton. The company is always short staffed. Laundry is never sorted so everybody has each others closed, the food is awful always cold. My mother used to wear hearing aids partially and glasses, all gone from her room. Due to staff my mother has fallen twice and then put in an ambulance, but nobody knew where she went... Please help the families

My mom also has fallen at least twice that we know about. Agree always short staff. My mom lives in the memory care unit that people need alot of help. The food has become so bad my wont eat. I have been very worried about my mom she just turned 89 she deserve better care and compassion... As a family we have filed a complaint for nursing home neglect. I know several months back several others have filed with state.
