I took a tourism package from Gulfgate Tourism Doha Qatar. The package was for 13500 Qatari Rial where I paid my first installment 3500 QR. On joining date, I was told one of the Europe package will be given soon after the full amount is paid plus their additional benefits were listed. But within a few days they informed me all the packages are stopped because of the Covid-19 situation and their office will be closed until the Covid situation is over. Now when I inquired, I could see the company itself is vanished no contacts available in Qatar. I have all the previous communication and registration documentation which can be produced at any point of time. Please let me know if I have any options to get the refund amount 3500QR.

Yes sir, you are right. Even I was cheated by Crystal Sand Tourism I paid them 18000 QAR. I don't know how to get my money back. They are not responding properly. Did anyone filed a complaint against them? Same like you guys i have also been frying to contact them and still no news for 2 years. If someone knows something please let me know.
We bought a package 9000 QAR. This package was shown to be a scam and we subsequently wanted to call to complain. We could not find their number and are still looking
We took package of 30000 QAR in 2019 and used for two holidays in 2019. Since Corona no news. Initially said they will open in Aug 2021 - but since then tried to contact and no reply

We joind 30-12-2019 then corona starts, 2020 feb. I said to them am not intrestd and requsted to refund amount. On feb 2020. Then they said they deduct 25% amount. I agreed that. But money not get yet. They have no phone number and office. If Anybody knows about them pls contact me.
Hi I am Rakesh Kumar Gupta, took a membership of Gulf Gate Tourism From Doha Qatar in Non 2019 and paid QR 15, 000. Only availed 1 holiday in Jan 2020 and now they are not respoonding on their emails of Reservations, Customer care and even their websites. What should we do.

Even I have also victim for this company I have QR 5000/ same problem who are all facing let’s we all will get unit and lodge a complaint in consumer because they where mention there company register number in paper so it will be easy to lodge a complaint actually they have changed the company name as I heard and their new company name is I think maharaba tourism and some previous staffs are continuing there only.if we check the gulfgate company register under whose name so that we will get name and address.please I’m requesting you all to do something about this fraud company and get hard earned money back.

we also become victim of this fraud. Last year during covid, we meet them (Ms. Sana Patil) in C ring road office. They said company still exists and you can do booking through Customer care Gulf Gate . But now they closed all email ids and phone numbers. we contacted old employees of gulf gate. But no use. we also want to launch complaint against them.
