Complaint is about travel that was booked with Vayama in 2020 but cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
My file number with Vayama is VUS-[protected]; the dollar amount is $650 USD, this booking was made and paid for January 1, 2020. The travel arrangements were cancelled mid-February and I was notified that a refund would be forthcoming. I have contacted the company many times by email and always told to be patient. Have not heard further since last fall. Any help would be appreciated.
I hope you can help me to resolve this issue before I have to take legal steps. Please advise me how I can resolve this - all I want is my money refunded as promised long ago.
