I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a serious lapse in quality control and customer safety observed at your store located at Austin, Texas.
On 05/24/2025, around noon, I visited your store with my family with the intention of purchasing different items from your store. So of the products we have purchased was "Thai Peanut Satay Sauce".
Surprisingly, upon closer inspection after purchase, I discovered that the product is expired, with the expiration date clearly marked as 20, 2019.
I request this issue be investigated and corrective measures should be taken to ensure that such negligence is not repeated in the future. This should include regular shelf checks, staff training, and quality control protocol.
I also request a refund for the product.
I hope you treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
