Tractor Supply review: Website said the order could not go through — in reality they charged my wife's cc. Five times!!! And still show no orders on file

We ordered (luckily a $137 item) on their website, from the home PC. Each time, it said that the order could not go through due to an error in the billing address. So we tried again, same result. So then we changed to another cc. (first was VISA, 2nd was AMEX) that has a different billing address. Same result. All of a sudden, my wife's phone showed her 4 charges on 1 card and 1 more on the 2nd card. I have no confirmation email that an order was placed, the website shows No Orders placed in the last 60 days under my account profile; Customer Service (after a LONG hold) said they could do nothing about it, only the banks. My wife's been talking with the banks now for over 20 minutes at this point in time. We'll NEVER shop here again, not in person, nor online. Beware !
