Tractor Supply review: Over charged, rude service, complaint not resolved ( 3 comments)

on 9/10/26 we went to six different tractor supply stores all in west mi to find a cutter tail wheel. price was about $30 at all the stores, we couldn't set eyes on any after being told they had them. Then luddington found 4, we wanted two, they held them till we got there and was told they would price match. so we drove again only to be told it would be 140.00 for one tire, they would not match the price. Mgrs at the other stores said they would match price. the lady was rude at luddington and even rude to the other stores on my phone who she refused to call so I did it on mine and put it on speaker. I have called the help desk number since, made reports with no one ever getting back with me. It has been almost 3 weeks of tsc saying someone will call but It seems tsc could care less. I guess we will no longer be shopping with them. no wonder businesses lose customers to Amazon.
