Tractor Supply review: Manager at Richland Ms location

On Wednesday 1-21-26 at 11:18AM I received a text message saying that my tractor supply order was picked up, but it wasn’t me. I called the store to see if there was a mistake. The woman that answered was clearly annoyed that I even called. I told her my name and order # and she said she had no record of me ordering anything at that location and gave me the number for customer solutions who I promptly called. I was put on the wait list. In the mean time I went to the store to pick up my other order of alfalfa that was put in on the same day as my previous order. I went to the cashier and asked who I could talk to about pick up orders, he pointed to someone by the pickup cabinet. I told him the same thing I told the woman on the phone and that I also was picking up some alfalfa that I ordered as well. He went to get help from what I assume is the manager. I can hear her all the way across the store talking about how she had already talked to me, but she came told me she can’t help if my order was picked up by someone else and she can’t give me the things and that I need to contact customer solutions. I told her I was on the call list, and that I had some alfalfa I needed to pick up as well that I ordered right after the first order. She opened all the cabinets in front of me and went on to say that she didn’t even see that order either, but I saw my name printed on the paper on the bag of alfalfa and so I told her it is in that cabinet. At this time another employee walked up to the cabinet and the woman asked her if she saw my name and she said that was the order she was coming to get be cause I marked that I was here on the app. The girl helped me take my alfalfa to my car and I went back inside. I needed to buy shavings and pine pellets which is what was on my original order that I didn’t receive, because my animals needed it with the freeze coming to our area. I purchased my items and left the store. Customer Solutions called me back I told her about the whole situation and she said that it was strange that there was no record of my order at that store because she could clearly see that it was. But, she issued me a full refund and she said it would take 3-5 days for it to go through. She was very helpful! My main concern was with how the what I assume is the manager spoke to me and made me feel completely unwelcome in her store and also the way she was speaking to her employees. The way she was sarcastically yelling at them and belittling them in just the short time I was in the store was so sad! I felt very bad that they had to work with someone treating them that way. I have gone to this specific store for years and I had never seen this woman before today and I have never had a problem with anyone else.
She seemed dishonest with the way my order was handled, because I did receive a notification saying that my order was picked up at that location although she told me there was no record of my order. I would like someone to look into this please.
