A nice service for our pets & up until yesterday (15 Jun) we had loved using it. Cost is fair. It was very clear the place has been neglected for quite a while! The tubs were full of hair, shampoo & dirt. The floor was filthy! It needed sweeping and mopping badly! Hair has built up at the edges 2" thick & the place stinks. This is so very unusual for this store. Regular cleaning is paramount!

Desired outcome: Keep the Pet Wash Station Clean At All Times!
