I wanted to know why it is that if a person is not able to sling 50lbs bags of grain ect. They are good enough to work at Tractor Supply.
If I am not good enough to work there. I am not good enough to shop there.
From now on my family and I will shop elsewhere. There are a few co-ops around Tullahoma Tn
Can I move one 50lbs yes several no.
For years we purchased our grain
And many animal and farm supplies in from TSC . No more

Desired outcome: This requirement needs to be changed. There is nothing wrong about hiring people for one position.
