Tractor Supply review: Customer service from Matt

I was in the Morrisville Vermont store tonight at 5:30 July 20th to purchase a zero turn mower that was over $5200.00. I asked questions about them and Sheridon who has always been wonderful and very knowledgeable was working the front cash register. Love this guy! He called up a gentleman (and I use that term loosely) named Matt to help us with our questions. He walked up to me and said WHAT in an annoyed tone! I was shocked at the way I was addressed by a store associate. He was so rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. I said we have questions about the zero turn mowers, to which he replied all of those are returns and I can't do anything about them. Three of the mowers that were outside in the fenced in area had price tags on them. So, I tried to ask about the one out front to which he said I would have to come back tomorrow. At that point I turned and left and thank Sheridan for his help. My husband stayed to finish a conversation and ask another question. I have always enjoyed shopping at this store and have made many purchases from clothing to power tools, fencing etc. I have seen Matt treat other customers this way an incident last fall where Matt (I do not know his last name) was rude to another lady and she was going off on him. I hope you take this seriously because he is ruining your stores reputation. I will be going to purchase my Zero turn with another company in town and TSC will be the last place I shop until that person no longer works there.
