We installed a Grand Teton Collection 3000 sq. ft. Teewinot Pellet Stove on October 27th, purchased online but delivered by a local store. the next day. It was professionally installed on October 30th. By the following Monday, November 3rd, it was completely dead. Thus we initiated a return with Tractor Supply Company.

TSC retrieved the bad unit and sent me an email on November 12th stating that my return was complete. However, it is now over a month later and the refund has yet to be issued. I have spoken to their support multiple time and keep getting the same runaround that they are contacting the IT department to see what is going on. I have heard this at least 5 times now.

They provided an open case number of tsc1299800 and a reference number of 3874527 weeks ago, and still TSC refuses to issue the refund. I'm also curious why they would keep talking to IT versus accounting or accounts payable. Their lack of honoring their refund commitment has caused ongoing cashflow issues with our business this was purchased for, but I have yet to encounter any support to resolve this.

At this moment, I have been tethered to my phone awaiting a call back for follow up information. The system said it would be around 5 minutes for a return call. It has now been an hour and 45 minutes with no return call, and if I call back the system states I'm still in line.

Tractor Supply Company seems to have little interest in resolving my issue with any integrity in their products or customer care. So, we remain here after a month and have yet to receive the $1,535.72 they continue to owe us.

Claimed loss: $1,535.72
