On 3/17/25 i contacted tracfone to transfer data from one to another. Prior to transfer I look up my info (minutes 8079, SMS 8659 and data 164MB). After transfer of info it shows the MB as 0. I attempted to correct this by going online with tracfone. Every time they said they would look into it they would hang up. I tried this several times with the same results. My tracfone number is [protected]

Desired outcome: Return of my MB minutes
