It akes 3 customer service to get back to normal, you call center worst ever the last one was good, hope you have a recording on my conversation, it takes 3 hours and inspite of all of this, and the man put back the old phone activation poor service and replacement is useless, sorry have to tell you this, michael sehwani, first I had a phone was very bad, all virus on every advertising, called tracphone advise that problem with your phone, the replacemt they send was as good as reimburment phones, if you are inthe phone 3 hours, just to activate this reimbursment phne it measn s they are not trained, check june 12 usa time,1,2 and 3 rd eve time very embarssing,
