TracFone Wireless review: Rewards program

February 27, 2026 Rewards Program offered a $10 off code for 1000 points. Deducted the 1000 points, but code does not work on a refill. Which nothing of what was not said, the offer just said $10 off. When asked to place the 1000 points back onto the Rewards, I am told can not be done.

Does not seem right as they deducted it and reward points are added when purchase is made, so why cannot place unused reward point back onto rewards? Years ago I purchased via TracFone support Data and she asked me if I wanted to use my Rewards Points of which she used. So it seems odd now that I cannot use those Reward Points that were deducted for $10 off.
