worst phone service ever had with zero help with the customer service
takes over 15 min to connect to talk to someone
For several days could not make or receive calls could only text zero reimbursement for the inconvenience zero help with employees spoke to
Asked for account number and transfer pin number very rude response and didn't try to talk me into staying with company
recording stated my service was about to me interrupted which it should of lasted until midnight yet I had no service all day
staff says they cant do something when I have had others do it so they lied to get out of helping me to busy saying the script I had to follow instead of listening to me and responding to what was asked has to say the script
call me sir even after several times corrected them very rude

Claimed loss: 5 days total of being able to use phone I paid for and no help to gain it back or heard what was taking place took over 4 x to get through to talk to someone live
Desired outcome: For my days I was without to be reimbursed to me and for my service to be back on until midnight instead got transfer pin and instructions how to get acct number being I asked for it to be told to me she refused
