Tracfone's customer service is terrible. When I need assistance, they ask me the same questions over and over, and I am typically on with them for at least an hour... and they don't resolve the issue. The last issue has me so frustrated that I am going to use a different company when my service ends. I ordered a new phone and earbuds. The earbuds wouldn't work so after talking to them for almost an hour, they told me to return them, and I would be sent new ones. Once the tracking said Tracfone had received the return, I gave it a few weeks and when new ones weren't sent, I contacted them again. I was told they would 'expedite the order' and I would receive them soon. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't received anything. I contacted them again and I asked them to please send the new pair, or to refund my money. Absolutely nothing! I finally ordered some from Amazon and I have accepted the fact that Tracfone isn't going to refund my money or send me new ones.
Recommendation: Don't Use Tracfone
