iPhone SE 2. I've power cycled about 30 times and talked for hours with reps to no avail. Reps inevitably suddenly can't hear me and/or call ends and they never call back. Physically cleaned SIM card, reset network settings etc. Wifi off, data on, VPN off, etc nothing works. Using motel wifi works just fine. The fact that this loss of network functionality occurred right after a rep added data is extremely suspicious to me but reps never are concerned. The fact that reps never call back is maddening. The obvious message Tracfone seems to want to convey is that they do not care about the customer.
Desired outcome: NEED ABILITY TO REACH NET WITH CELLULAR DATA.
