TotalAV – The absolute worst product

I downloaded this antivirus software in order to prevent pop ups, prevent annoying ads, and deny all cookies, at all times. These are all things that they advertise that they do. Within minutes of installing this software I was inundated with pop ups, ads and cookie banners. All of which were initiated by TotalAV and their affiliates. When I say I don't want any, I mean I don't want any ads including the ones from the company I'm paying to prevent ads. I tried to access the 'chat with us' feature and it does not work. Every time I clicked the 'chat with us' it reverted me to a page where TotalAV again tried to sell me more products. I requested an immediate refund and an immediate cancelation.
