After 30days both of my computers are down and may be out for good. They lure you in with a low ball price then ask for *** dollars to fix and protect my three computers, two down and the last one still works but I wont let them near it. This is a scam company and good luck to anyone that falls for there bait and switch. The extent of destruction is so bad with lost company information is beyond imagination. They have ruined me. I would of rather been hacked by *** or *** then get there claws in my jugular. To top it off the customer service felt like dealing with a con man at a carnival game both. Just give more money and well fix it. Do not get PC Matic no matter what or you will live to regret it. Im in the middle of some legal paperwork with a deadline and I have no idea whats going to happen to me now. Maybe I can save one person from them. Go online look at there track record. A hack company selling snake oil without any conscious.

I just have to give a big shout out to PC Matic, Inc. Not being satisficed with my previous virus protection on my computer, mainly the price that is double of PC Matic, Inc. for what you get, I decided to reach out to PC Matic, Inc. and download their software and give them a try and then requested a refund from my previous plan. Well with still 6 months left on my previous plan they would not refund any of my money back so I would have been paying for 2 plans so I kept the previous plan and took myself off of auto pay and emailed PC Matic, Inc. and explained my situation and within less than 5 minutes my phone went off and my screen said that I had a credit on my card for $50.00 from PC Matic, Inc. This was unbelievable. Never received a credit back that quick before. I promised them that I would be back in 6 months and I always keep my promises. Thanks PC Matic, Inc. for being so understandable and I can definitely say that I will refer you to others.

I recently sent an email to PC Matic about having Microsoft Security Essentials and the PC Matic software on my Windows 7 Professional computer. I had had some issues with the computer being slow or loading issues. The response was almost immedate to my inquiry, and included detailed instructions on how to remove the unnecessary software. I was impressed and very grateful to have support at such a personal level. I am so happy we decided to get this software. Our computer is older, and we just didn't want to have to purchase a new computer because Microsoft doesn't support the security software anymore. PC Matic was awesome to us, professional, and even followed up with me a few days later. Wow...their customer service is the best I've ever experienced and they didn't charge a single dime for all their assistance and support. Amazing! I highly recommend PC Matic...in fact, I've told all my senior friends this company is the "real deal" and I love them; not everyone is tech saavy, and how patient they are!

Before I switched to PC Matic I was using an antivirus that was bloatware and really slowed down my computer. I've been using PC Matic for 4-5 years now and can just barely tell that it is operating in the background performing a periodic scan, defrag and fix. Recently my old laptop had a hard drive crash but I fortunately had a recent backup. I bought a new laptop that included the same trial version bloatware I initially had on the old laptop. Upon receiving the new laptop, I immediately uninstalled the trial version bloatware (a bit over 1GB in size) and installed PC Matic and have had no problems whatsoever. In talking to PC Matic support about another issue, they advised me that a simple windows uninstall was not sufficient to eliminate bloatware from my new PC. This support person provided me with the website to download and do a full uninstall of the bloatware. PC Matic upport people are terrific in response and watching out for their clients. A great company to do business with. I recommend them strongly.

I have a lifetime contract with PC Matic, which I purchased when they first came onto the market, due to multiple virus problems. Since then, my PCs and phones have been virus free. We recently had a situation where we were getting cryptic messages about the system being unable to deal with several phone apps. Assuming this was a virus issue, I forwarded the information I had to PC Matic. I very shortly received an acknowledgement and assurance that I would receive more information soon. The new information was received within a day and was a surprise. The problem was not a virus, but rather an overload of saved data that was keeping the android apps from having enough resources to function. The response explained the issue clearly and included clear directions on how to resolve the issue. It required about five minutes per phone. The reason I'm writing this is to praise PC Matic for going above and beyond their contractual virus responsibility in order to help me with a housekeeping matter. My experiences in both areas have been excellent and I highly recommend them.

This is the best thing you can do for your computer , phone and internet access !
I was questioning ,was it worth it ? , Did the trial version and checked the processor speed and all the associated CPU usage, it was great and did not slow down the processor !
I purchased the 1 (one) computer , then did a little research, found that the Evergreen version was right for me ,I was right it has been great for the last 7 years or so , I bought the Lifetime !
I had to go to support once when i got a virus from YouTube/Google , they responded in minutes and had my problem solved in a very short time ! They have a great automatic product and you can do so much yourself if you choose to .
Thru the years , I have had so many others that did not work well and slowed down my computer , this one is the Best ,I have installed it for at least 20 of my friends and they all love it .
This is much cheaper then most of the others and well worth it !

My computer was infected with a very agressive scam identifying themself as McAfe. It loaded over 600- pop-up ads in my computer over four days. My local computer gurus could not removce this garbage. Finally I contacted PCmatic, my computer security company, and they sent a clean-out which I downloaded, and a scan was started and after 15 minutes, i had ther option to discard what they had found, restoring my system back to normal. In the past 40 years I have used many system protection companies, and the last one I used for over ten years before pcmatic continued to barrage me with additional, programs which of course came with a price. Thank the Lord, I was watching Fox TYV about four months ago and saw an ad for PCMatic. I contactred them the next day and signed up for their service. My computer is scanned often now and other than the fake McAfee ad which I stupidly clicked on, and the con artists firmly attached into my computer. Thjery were rem,oved instantl7y by pcmatic, and I will be their customer as long as I on this earth. And I recommend PCMatic without any reservation Fred

With good reasons to question the viability and confidence in Microsoft Security Essentials. I purchased PC Matic and what a difference. Their software cleaned up my C-drive and found 25 viruses that Microsoft left on or maybe even put on my laptop. It now runs faster and I no longer get pop-ups telling me that I was running out of free disk space. I did have some confusion about the reports PC Matic kicked out after the first scan so I emailed their customer service with questions about the reports. Within a few hours I received a detailed report from customer service of the scan information in question. Also, they gave me guidance on how to turn off Windows Defender on another laptop (can't uninstall it) so we now have much better running devices and with much better security. Isn't that why we buy anti-virus/anti-spy software? With protection for up to 5 devices at an affordable price and outstanding customer service, it's not just a very good deal, for me it's a no-brainer. Disclaimer: I have absolutely no financial interest in PC Matic and do not know anyone employed by them. Just a satisfied new customer.

I have been PC MATIC since the beginning, I actually used their free Benchmark service before they sold Anti-Virus software. The way that their Anti-Virus Software works just makes sense(Whitelist vs.Blacklist). The actual reason for this review is that I was having problems with a recurring message saying my software had expired, which was wrong , as I had a couple months earlier bought a new subscription. I wrote an E-mail to them explaining this before bed a few nights ago and when I got up the next morning I had a reply explaining that the problem was not only fixed but they also renewed my subscription for an extra year ! I tried Norton. Mcafee, and Kasperski and It seemed like I was always fighting my Anti-Virus ,I either had issues with viruses infecting my computer or my computer slowed to a standstill , Not Good . Then I made the switch to PC MATIC and No more Drama ! I am not having any of these issues anymore. 5 computers for $50 a year is a complete no brainer." Made in America" is just icing on the cake, I will absolutely stay with Pc Matic as long as they maintain this kind of reliability. Please, keep up the good work.

I have had PC Matic for well over a year now with no viruses. I run a domain that gives summary of the news to a short list of people across the country. So I am going to many Web sites every day where an infection to the computer is possible. But they don't happen. I run the PC Matic scan on the weekends, delighted to see PC Matic check the registry as well as needed updates for drives, giving me a summary list of actions. Recently I had a conflict issue with an old Adobe product that was from 2002 and PC Matic's Supershield. But their tech support was able to allow their software to let the Adobe product to open while still giving full protection. Can't say enough great things about PC Matic. Whenever I have had a question in the past, their support team has always gotten back to me 100%. Before PC Matic, I had another very well known virus protection service that was charging me $140 a year for basically the same protection. What a savings! And because of the multi-use, I have installed the service on my wife's and step-son's computers. And when they scan their computers, PC-Matic shows it in their control panel so I know they are up to date.

This is Gary from Colorado. I am an old guy and not very computer savy, but I knew that I needed help with cleaning and detecting viruses... I have always had problems and many disappointments trying to find a good virus scanner-cleaner-overall 'fixer' for my computers-- most of them were over seas and over priced...Then, I found ROB CHENG and PC Matic. I saw his ad on TV, and it was very obvious to me that Rob is super intelligent about the computer industy and very committed to his service. Rob gave a detailed explanation of what PC Matic would do to avert viruses and find and fix most common computer problems online, and at an incredibly low cost.. I was sold on the spot! Now, 5 years later, I am NOT ONLY completely satisfied with the PC Matic Program, but I am amazed at just how professional, helpful and thorough the techs are! PC Matic does literally everything to keep my computer in perfect shape.. I was able to pick my own service schedule, and they even send a detailed report on what they found and fixed. If I ever need help with questions, I can put in a service ticket and the response time is unbelievable! Every problem or question is always fixed and answered. My advice is to give yourselves a gift... sign up and don't worry!

All of a sudden I had problems with the PC Matic icon in the lower toolbar on my laptop staying red, meaning I was being left without any protection while I was on the internet. I contacted PC Matic through their customer support portal on their website and the response was immediate, and now everything works just fine. I've had PC Matic on several devices for some years now without a single issue and when this problem popped up they were very cordial and got the problem taken care with least amount of effort which is important to me as I explained to them that I'm not the most computer literate person there is and they sent me a link, restarted my computer and now it works just as it always has and that's very comforting to me. I had problems many years ago before finding PC Matic so I know what it's like to have my computer hacked into and filled with spam in a deliberate attack but since installing PC Matic I've never had any more problems like that and it cost me over $400 to get my laptop 'repaired' when it happened and now I feel so much better and now I don't worry about it because everything's back as it should be. The communications were very personable and I could tell they not only cared but also took the problem as seriously as I did, and that kind of service is extremely rare these days.

I love to read reviews but I do not like to write them. I am compelled to write this one. I am so impressed with PCMatic. I didn't know if my previous antivirus was really working or not. Oh, I'd get the "Congratulations, no virus would mess with you" at the end of a scan, but I wasn't satisfied. There was no interaction. I had to just assume it was working. I started paying attention to the PCMatic commercials. I think Morgan is a perfect spokesperson, you can't help but like her. It wasn't long before my husband and I decided to get out of our comfort zone, of not liking change, and make the switch. I was hoping for personal contact by phone to answer my questions, but that's not available. So I took a deep breath and reached out with my questions, through the impersonal keyboard, with the idea that it would be awhile before I'd ever get an answer back. I WAS WRONG! Now I'm dittoing the majority of these posts, PCMatic's response was fast. I was amazed not just at the speed of their response but the info they sent with it. They gave me tools that I could work with, a better understanding of them, my computer, and how to make it run more efficient. Knowledge is wealth, and it builds confidence, and dispels fear. I am comforted knowing that I can reach out to PCMatic with any computer question and I WILL get an answer, and then some. I am so happy we made the switch. THANK YOU PCMATIC! Deb S.

I had decided to find a better virus protection software for my personal computer. The company with the most advertising dollars is P.C. Matic so I went to their website. Before switching I wanted to know if the virus I had just encountered (which came through an email attachment) would have been caught by PC Matic. So I went to the website and found no way to call and discuss the issue with anyone. There's no phone number. Is this company a scam as well? They certainly can afford to provide funds for air-time on advertising, but they hide when you want to talk to them. Even the BOT that will let you state your question - requires you to say if you are already a customer. My reply would be "no". Then you have to answer "are you thinking about becoming a customer?" My reply would be 'well, I was, but I can't reach you'. Unfortunately that's not an option. That's not support. If I can't reach them with a simple question - then in an emergency I wouldn't be able to reach them for help. In fact a search through google shows many technical companies reporting scams on how to contact PC Matic. All that I reviewed were stating PC Matic won't talk to you on the phone. So now Scammers realize that and they are putting fake contact information out there so you'll call an imposter. Shame on you PC Matic. Shame on you for pretending to be an American company. Oh, and I love the Terns and Conditions for the ComplaintsBoard.com. See if I leave this review - then I can't file a complaint. But I can't file a complaint because no one can reach them to talk to support.

PCMatic is the best software I have ever used. I have used PC Matic at home and in our business for many many years, and feel that as they have grown we have accompanied them all the way. We were/are in the printing and publishing business... for over 25 year and after we adopted PCMatic our infections vanished as if by magic. We went through a period of being infected constantly but uponn installing the PCm service on five of our terminals things changed. My local computer expert was astonished on realizing that our service calls just diminished virtually overnight. He had wanted us to stay with the Big K. He admitted to us later that as a result of reducing the service calls to just our business, he actually was able to expand his customer base and keep away from our coffee machine! You see we ran a two-plus shift operation and things always seemed to go array at unsociable times! Since we switched to PCMatic we have experienced no serious issues. None and that is true. The PC Matic support staff have responded to our vert few inquiries within hours! See if you get that service with the heavily advertised herd of solutioniers out there? We can assure people considering PCMatic that you will not be disappointed with PC Matic on all levels. It is a real company with real people! I travel extensively worldwide with my lap top as my communications tool and each year PC Matic keeps me safe globally. You know something? It is often the firms with quirky advertising that are the most efficient and genuine. After 60+ years in business I think I can attest to that! Keith PWO

First,..it is made in *** and I personally have seen the difference that P C Matic has done for my well-being and internet security. The ill-informed people that have security programs such as *** are running the gambet of uninformed "Spy-Class" of *** and will lose in the future if not already lost in this 1st Class intrusion of thier internet security.A person that listens to a "Fool" is a bigger FOOL than they. "Norton Security" was once a first-Class security program as told by the programmer and sellers of this product(s) They now dwell and allow thier products to be made in "***". That is when all the so-called "Spam-Call(s)" began to flood within ***. How ignorant can the "True" *** be ? they have (all) the info that they need to infiltrate your personal information. There are numerous others ie. "So-Called Security Packages" that have deceived "Thousands of well-meaning ***" into,..thinking that they are secure in their android devices and other internet devices. Much can be said concerning this subject but! when have yhou ever gone anywhere with seeing everyone with thier Nose's stuck in some-type of phone.Why does someone pull the "Pin" on a Grenade and not throw it away ? I say these things to pass out a "WARNING" but, that is ones own choice. I see how PC Matic works and I "Truly" believe that there is no other Security Package on the market today that can compare to this product. I am not a $alesman I spent 24yr in the service of this Country. Not the way it is today,but,..the way it used-to-be. You owe it to yourself and to anyone you care about to do your homework and get wise and,.. to wake-up to what is truly going on in these Last-Days. Stand for what is "TRUTH". Stop allowing false claims to over-ride good judgement You owe it to yourself and others to finally get the "Real Security" that you deserve and truly need.
