A month ago, I requested a refund for an unauthorized transaction of £99 withdrawn from my account.

My emails are completely ignored, and the confirmation code does not come into my inbox to cancel the subscription either. Since I am very disappointed with the customer service, I wish to cancel my account immediately and get a refund. However, TotalAv makes it impossible, so the last option is the report & ask my bank to block them.

I N writing your organization again referencing Total Av. I cancelled your subscription back in 2022. It is expired and remove from my system. Why have you made 10 attempts to pull fund from my account. Your attempt to pull fund from my account is UNAUTHORIZED. I can’t speak with a real person as your only wanting to work through your app. Looks like I will have to file complaints with BBB and the FCC WARNING others of your fraudulent attempts to pull money for a service I cancelled. It is very frustrating to formerly subscribe to a company once trusted to realize that you are cyber bullying and thief’s. Fix the issue.

I tried Total AV and when I decided to cancel after my trial they negotiated about 3 times to try and make me stay with them.Eaxh and every time I woke up in the morning I had to turn on the Webshield and connect the VPN. But then every month when my monthly charge went through my protection was shut off! I had to activate one every device I have! It wouldn't allow me to add my tablet though it claimed I could add up to 5 devices. I canceled last month and they still charged me this month! I had to cancel again! This is a nightmare!

I stopped your service 6 or 7 months ago. You continued billing me, so I called and spoke with a person about the problem. They said they would take care of the problem. Here we are three months later, and I am still being billed for a service that I am not using. Each month you have billed me $ 9.95 + .10 for trans fee. 1) I had no subscription to PayPal your products.

2) I blocked Total AV for PayPal after money was wrongfully collected from my account from Total AV in the amount of 118,80 Euros without any order.

3) I'm sure you know what I'm writing about because you responded very quickly to my blocking on PayPal.

4) I used to buy short-term products from you in completely different amounts, e.g. 16.80 EUR, etc., but I have never placed an order above 20 EUR, because I simply cannot afford it financially.

5) I PayPal also asked my bank to investigate the unduly cashed payment to the Total AV account, because with this unauthorized direct debit, you deprived me of half of my monthly income and put me at financial risk in terms of my living payments, you put me in debt because I had the money you unduly collected from me ready for contributions to insurance companies for statutory health and social insurance.

6) I ask you to immediately refund the unduly cashed payment of 118,80 Euros, because I do not want your product, I cannot afford it and I did not order it.

Please check with your Total AV business, there is no order or allowed to direct debit your products. So, I got this email from Total AV offering me a special deal for January. They said I could protect my computer and two other devices for only $14.95! I was pretty excited about it, so I clicked on the link and paid the money.

But when I got everything set up, I realized that I only had coverage for one computer and one mobile device. What the heck? That's not what they promised me!

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with Total AV. I don't think they're worth the money at all. If they can't even deliver on their promises, how can I trust them to protect my devices? I would definitely recommend staying away from this company.

So, I recently tried out TotalAV and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. At first, I was excited because they advertised that everything was totally free. However, after downloading the app, I quickly realized that this was only a half-truth.

You see, the anti-virus and firewall were disabled and I couldn't use them until I paid for them. I found this to be very deceitful and shady. I mean, if they're going to advertise that everything is free, then it should actually be free.

Now, I will say that once I did pay for the anti-virus and firewall, the program did a great job at protecting my computer. However, I still can't get over the fact that they advertised something as free when it really wasn't.

Overall, I would say that TotalAV is a half-sham. It may be a good program, but the advertising is very misleading. If you're going to use it, just be aware that you'll have to pay for certain features.

I bought Total AV and even got some extra services from them. But then my wife's computer went kaput and wouldn't start up. It was just stuck in this loop of trying to repair itself. I was under Total AV on 3/28/2023 when my identity was stolen. I want compensation for the cost of having to factory reset both my mac book air and iPhone since both were invaded.

On 3/28/23, I purchased a dog supplement from Honest Paws. I had called the company to ask questions and the woman answering said she could take my order. Because it was referred from veterinarians.org, the price was only $1.30 so I gave her my debit card # connected to my checking account. 5 hours later someone in SC (I live in NC) used my info to withdraw $800. My bank reimbursed me 8 days later. I later learned from Veridian Credit Union in Iowa that on 3/28/23, an attempt was made to apply online for a loan. Veridian shut them down and sent me a letter and paid for IDX services. After that, if I called any 800 or 888 #, someone would answer and just breathe. I started getting calls from China, The UK and Netherlands.

I purchased in error, cancelled subscription. Tried to uninstall on my computer. Cannot find it as an app but still controlling my log ins for my accounts. Will not allow me to find password or anything. I am not very happy. Any help will be appreciated. Took payment from Goggle account. Looking for a way to get it totally gone.
