The first I knew of any involvement with this organisation was when I noticed an amount of £9.99 had been deducted from my credit card by TotalAV on Feb 20, I immediately contacted my bank who advised that an identical amount had been taken in January! To prevent further money being taken, my card has now been frozen and a new card is being issued. As my credit card was used by TotalAV hopefully my bank will be able to retrieve the money taken without my consent.

Recommendation: Avoid and check your credit cards
