It had been impossible for me to cancel a subscription or prevent an automatic renewal with this antivirus provider. Their renewal rates are preposterously in excess of their initial rate, and I just cannot afford them.
In attempting to cancel a policy or renewal, they claim to send a number to your email account, which you must verify to continue. However, in dozens of attempts no such email has been received from them in spite of the same email receiving numerous other emails from a variety of other sources. I am lead to believe they never send this verification, and since no human contact with them appears possible, canceling accounts and renewals cannot be accomplished!
Is there any other means of contacting this company?
Desired outcome: I want two policies cancelled.1. Account # [protected].They can keep the money, just close the account.2. Account # [protected].Account inadvertently opened days ago, which needs to be closed and payment refunded.
