You automatically took £129.00 to renew my annual subscription, i do not agree with this, i want a total refund.
Also i want to cancel my subscription, but after spending 4 hrs on the Total Av, i cannot find how to cancel my subscription, ,it is not via Apple. You hit a brick wall every timee, clearly making it very difficult to cancel .
