You have just charged me £297.00 for Total AV renewal, this has always been around £14.00.

Invoice 95491447 for £297.00.

I will have difficulty paying this huge price increase. On top of that I found it difficult, if not impossible, to contact TOTAL AV in order to complain and ask for an explanation.
I am now considering cancelling my subscription and requesting a full refund.

Desired outcome: Explanation and refund.
