Total AV review: popups

Can you please stop all the total av popups telling me my account has expired which I never had anyway. I have tried to remove it myself but it seems impossible as lots of other people are having the same problem, all it does is making sure you never subscribe to total av if this is what can happen. Frustrated peter ps also I have just read that this complaint is too short and may not even be read, what kind of company is this where customers concerns dont matter.
