I will complain the jewlery coordinator is works for the TJ MAXX stores at 4640 w Sahara las vegas, NV 89102. This staff customer service is awful and terrible! I ordered a pair of MILOR GOLD earrings on the Tj Maxx website, which it is made in Italy 14k gold curb link earrings, with a $149 value, due to the color being too yellow, I went to this store today afternoon to return the jewelry. An Asian jewelry coordinator Jackie B refused to accept the return, the reason was that she was unable to recognize whether the earring is real 14k gold or not, I suggested she can ask the store manager for help, to identify this earring, but she didn't. I have shown her the earrings information in my email and the shipping receipt, but she just continued to claim that she couldn't take the risk accept this earring for return, because it is valued at $149, and I ordered it online, she was unable to identify it is real 14k gold. In fact, this Milor gold earring is not real 14k gold, it is a 14k gold curb, but Jackie didn't want to read the details of the earrings, she just 100% assume that this earring is not real 14k gold! late on, She asked me to mail the earrings back to TJ Maxx website for return. Then, I drove a long way and went to tj maxx Sahar Center at 10000 w. Sahara las vegas nv 89117, and finally returned this pair of earrings...

I am a loyal customer of TJ maxx, I spend almost $5000-$6000 a year in TJ maxx in las vegas, I like to shop at TJ Mxx, but today is a very unhappy day, this Asian jewelry coordinator is such an unprofessional and lacks the knowledge for jewelry, she could seeking a store manager for help, but she didn't, she just assumed the jewelry is fake, she treated a client like treat a liar, she caused the online orders earrings to return that is so inconvenient and tough, gave the client a hard time. I am not sure if she is racist discrimination, but she didn't do her job well, not qualify as a jewelry coordinator at tj maxx, That is for sure!
