Tim Hortons the tim hortons building

The Tim hortons restaurant was infested with wasps . I am highly allergic and I was unable to stay and enjoy my breakfast. I was standing in line and I seen 10 different wasps flying around me I sat down for a brief moment until the damn wasp started attacking me . I literally ran out becasue I am allergic if I got stung my throat would have closed over. They need to fix the problem I'm assuming there must be a nest of some sort somewhere in the building . Health inspector should make a surprise visit

Tim Hortons lids new ones

The new lids has anybody tried them at the office? we tried 15 of us got around and we all drank one with the lids and we all dribble down or chins their dribble cups the old lids were much better you could actually hold things in your hands and still hold your coffee in your mouth they were convenient, or just stack when you were carrying two now they're dangerous why do you want to be like Starbucks it was a good thing why did you change ? change it back don't break what isn't broken.

Tim Hortons coffee

The new lids for the coffee are dangerous. They don't stay on. I ordered a large black coffee and the lid popped off and burnt my entire leg with hot coffee. It wasn't just once. It happens every time with these new lids. I think it's horrible and it is dangerous. [protected]@gmail.com
A company as large as Tim Hortons should properly test their products before distributing them. What if a baby or young child got burning hot coffee spilt on them as a result of these new lids coming off to easily!

Tim Hortons timbits

On September 30th I ordered a pack of assorted Timbits. Took the box home to my kids only to see the box was full of just one kind of Timbit. I'm not sure if it was meant as a joke by one of the employees or if they had run out of timbits. No one had informed me that they only had one kind of timbit left when I placed my order in the drive thru. I wouldn't have ordered a large box of timbits all one flavour. Really disappointed in the service.

Tim Hortons customer service

On Sunday Sept.29, 2019, at approximately 10:35PM, I was sitting in the dining area of the company and address above. I was reading a book when I overheard an employee begin talking to a customer at the front counter. The employee's name is Caleb. He is 21 years old, stands approx. 6'2, weighing approx. 160lbs, and has black hair in an afro. He began to tell the customer, who I assume he's known for awhile, that he is still a virgin. I was appalled at this. This was not the place, or the time, for this conversation. The customer, a female that works at the University of Windsor, continued to engage in this conversation. Caleb went on to tell her that other people are urging him to "lose it" but he said he didn't want to yet, then said he does want to. Regardless, this was NOT professional, nor acceptable, in any manner ! I request this employee be terminated immediately. Thank you.

Tim Hortons verbal abuse and harassment

Dear All,

My name is Sameh Sadek ; a former Employee in Tim Hortons which is located in 700 16 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T3B 0N1, Canada.
I am sending you today because I had to resign on Thursday 26th September 2019 based on verbal abuse and harrassment ; which was done by my former manager (Courtney).
I am a new comer to calgary and I was hoping that through a reputable corporate like tim hortons I will acquire very good canadian customer experience and to be able serve the canadian community with a quality standard that meets canadian customers expectations.
So based on that I started my training period 3 weeks ago ; since I started my training and I have been treated with a very humilating way by Miss Courtney such as (ignoring me, always staring at me in a very discriminating way).
Finally ; 4 days ago when I was working in the front area with one of my colleague (Miss. Sawraj) I heard her saying (Why is there one and half person in front) I was really Shocked I tried to confirm that she meant ME by half person and 2 of our Colleagues (Mr Abdi - the assistant manager) & (Miss Sharmiza) confirmed that she meant me and thats her usual way in treating trainee.
So based on such Verbal abuse I decided to resign in order to protect my dignity and humanity and I am sending you now in order to take action that preserve my human rights and I am willing as well to file a complaints to Alberta works as well all concerned governmental institution to preserve my rights.
My name : SAMEH SADEK
CONTACT : [protected]
Email : [protected]@gmail.com

Thanks for your efforts and understanding.

Best Regards

Think you're reading too much into this. When you're a trainee, you're not going to be as efficient as an experienced employee, and it can be that the trainees are sometimes seen as 'half' an employee based on speed efficiency. I know from own experience that when I was working in a new job similar to yours, I sure wasn't keeping pace with the experienced staff the first few weeks.

Tim Hortons cheating of promotion

Yesterday September 29 was so-called national coffee day, but for me is April fool day, it was shameful for Tim Horton cheating its customers, it is embarrassing and naive to believe in Tim Horton misleading free coffee promotion, and wasted near a hour at its Waterloo store to get answer why no free coffee was offer after an eligible purchase with Tim Horton app was order. What hoax!

Tim Hortons food

I work at Surrey Dept Hospital and this location is across from work. I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 19 years. On July 29 i ordered my lunch from Timmys mobile app. There was no area to order extra sauce so once i got there i asked the girl if it was possible for her to give me some. She stated i have to pay .25 cents. I said i dont have any money on me yet as ive just walked over with my card. Im always here she sees me all the time and she said no i have to stand in line. The high school rush came in then as well so i had to waste 20 min of my 45 min break to charge .30 cents on my card.
On sept 17 i ordered my regular large steep tea double double and got a coffee instead when i got to my desk. I took it back and they replaced it but no im sorry or anything. I felt almost embarrassed taking it back as they made me feel like I DID something wrong. Today Sept 29 i ordered a bbq grilled chicken wrap for dinner and came back to my desk with a beyond burger! I took it back and they replaced it but once again no sorry! I am done with this place. They are sooo busy and are always making mistakes. I didnt get offered anything as a sorry or anything. That is not what im honestly looking for but it would de stress my walk over for their mistakes!

Tim Hortons nozzle in my coffee

At 4:30 on September 29, 2019, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, as I was finishing my coffee, I normally take the lid off to finish off my coffee, and as I took the final drink with my latte a lot cooler I nearly swallowed the red nozzle I spit the nozzle back in the cup and threw up . I am really concerned about any contamination that this may have.

Tim Hortons our store is suffering and so are the employees and customers.

There seems to be a serious lapse in management at the Tm Horton's in Hartland, NB, Canada these days. Every time we go through the drive-through there are a couple items that they don't have in stock. Usually there are no hashbrowns, croisants, tea, or as happened yesterday, no soda at all. There are a lot of angry customers who are having to go through twice or possibly more times because their orders are wrong. I've heard a lot of shouting and raised voices from customers to the staff. I have also witnessed one staff member on the day shift, who seems to be in charge, berating the junior members of the staff because they can't keep up. It is evident that they are understaffed and much of the trouble seems to stem from this. Most of the problem though seems to be caused by poor management. Someone is not ordering supplies on time and therefore there are glaring shortages. Someone is not training the employees to keep food items ready so that they don't run out of items like hashbrowns, sausages etc.. A few times I've seen the junior employees, some of whom are just teens, completely stressed out and almost in a panic because of the angry customers, angry manager and shortages that they just can't keep up with. I think it's sad that it has gotten this bad. I don't bother going there now, on my way to work, because I know they won't have what I want. I've never seen a Tim's in this state of decline. I think they should shut down for a few days until the owner and management can get their act together. It's not fair to those kids to have to work in a toxic environment, such as what I've seen there in past few weeks.

Tim Hortons drive thru

10:45 am Sunday, September 29, 2019

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees and two sandwiches.

A medium 2 milk, 2 sugar.
A medium white hot chocolate half coffee.
A plain bagel toasted with herb & garlic cream cheese.
And a bacon belt on a pinched croissant.

What I received was,

A medium white hot chocolate half coffee. (This was the only item that was correct)

The medium 2 milk 2 sugar was not correct, but I have no idea what it was. It tasted and smelled like a cookie.

The plain bagel was an everything bagel and I didn't even eat it.

The bacon belt on the pinched croissant didn't have lettuce or tomato.

Normally I would have taken the items back but didn't notice till I was long gone as I didn't want to eat in the car. 3/4 is really terrible ratios to get incorrect. I am very disappointed with this location today!

A bagel belt with bacon. But instead of it being on a bagel it’s on a pinched croissant.

Tim Hortons pumpkin spice latte & breakfast sandwich

My medium pumpkin spice latte was only half full when I got it in the drive through, with no whipped topping on top of it. I ordered a breakfast bacon sandwich and instead got a sausage one. I ordered an apple fritter as well and when I got to the window she said they forgot to ring it through, and had me pay for it separately. They don't read the order back through to you in drive through, and they push you through so fast that they take the order off the screen before you can check if it's right and even see the total. This is a constant problem with this location, I called to complain and they said there's nothing they can do. Consistently the worst customer service of any Tim Hortons I've been to.

Tim Hortons service

I ordered two large steeped tea's through the drive-through and before I paid for my order I asked for a Tim rewards card they told me they didn't have any so once again I am out to credits towards a free coffee .. These things should not be offered if they cannot provide them to their customers... this is happened to me several times and I will not be back at Tim Hortons again.

Tim Hortons lids

Being an avid tim hortons coffee lover, your new dome lids suck. With your old lids it kept my coffee inside the cup, never spilled out, easier to carry when hands are full. Now with these new ones, i have coffee in my cup holders, take a sip and it splashes back, not easy to drink out of while driving, and a hassle to try and carry in if you also have groceries to carry. Either way point blank, your new lids are [censored]. I don't go to other places as they carry the dome lids, i prefer the flat lids like you Had, please bring them back as i know many people are complaining about them, and you should want your customers to be happy. Please, and thank you!

Tim Hortons lids

Your new life suck the spill and Makena mess please bring old lids back I don't enjoy my coffee at your stores any more because of this. And it's not just me everyone I know hates them not to mention after you take a drink it shoots up and hits my nose as there is no hole to let air flow through to get a proper drink. P.s dome lids suck.
Thanks. Shawn Lagassie. Guelph Ontario.

Tim Hortons lettuce

Recently you have made the change of using shredded iceberg lettuce which has been a terrible mistake! Doesn't taste good and always makes a mess, plus does not look fresh. Please go back to the original lettuce.

Plus I would like you guys to work on your customer service attention. The workers are not nice and always in a rush. It does not feel like I'm appreciated as a customer and makes me not to come back

Tim Hortons rewards card & food quality

I am writing to complain of your new rewards card. I was told it was a rewards system to replace Tim hortons cancelling the roll up to win. However, staff NEVER EVER ask for the card! And then, at the very end of my purchase, I REMEMBER to give my card but I am always told it is too late. What an absolute joke. All you have done is given me another card, another responsibility I have to remember in this busy day and age. And your food quality is disgusting. Costs a fortune for old, lukewarm food that has very little meat (ex. Sandwiches). And your turkey grilled cheese went from having real Turkey to the processed crap. That's when I was done with buying food from you. Thank God your double double hasn't changed (yet). Canadians are not happy Timmy's!
