On October 1st, 2019, I made an order. I held my rewards card and showed it to her before ordering. So she took the order and my money of course and then when she was reminded to scan my card, started giving me attitude. I don't think I will be going back to Tim Hortons. I shall be spending my money elsewhere without incompetent and rude staff.
