Tim Hortons review: Staff Member

Hello I am filing a complaint with employees at Tim Hortons in Englehart, Ontario Canada located at 141 4th St.

Christine Gravelle, who is one of the supervisors has been causing a scene in the restaurant at the drive-through waiting for my drinks and food. I overheard her screaming and yelling at the employees. Some of the customers were so shocked they actually felt uncomfortable that they got up and left. This is not the first time she’s done this. She is not cut out for this type of work she’s done this before and she has been rude to her customers me for example, on different occasions. Something needs to be done. This is not the way and establishment should be run. Thank you for your time.
