Tim Hortons review: Staff

Aug 19/26 ordered a plain croisant with cheese only, no egg, no butter. I received cheese on a bagel with butter. I took it back and requested my order again. Next I received a croisant with cheese and so much sauce the croisant was soggy. I took it back again and was told that i ordered a farmers breakfast sandwich. Again i explained my order. The supervisor at this location was rude and refused to make my sandwich to which i had given up and requested a refund. This is not the first time i have had proplems in this store (48 Queen St W Cookstown, ON). On the refund it stated that the "customer decided she didn't want the properly made sandwich". This is not the truth and she was beyond rude. While i was interacting with the supervisor 2 other people heard the conversation and walked out without ordering saying that this store hired brain dead people and they to had horrible interactions with the supervisor. Not sure if anything you do about this situation but at the very least it should be addressed. Trace #[protected]
