Good day, It’s my second day of being a door dash currier and this is what I encountered on this worst customer service at Tim Hortons. The situation happened September 4,2023 approximately 10:25am. I was waiting for my door dash order at the counter and watching the crew person preparing it but suddenly they left it unfinished so after 5 minutes nobody came back to the order and finish it so I approached to this lobby person and say “Hey, would you mind if I’m gonna ask if where to pick up my door dash order?” And the person respond I HAVE NO IDEA. After that I looked for a manager but I did not see a manager working on floor during this transition hour. Then the crew went in the back area called the manager and this manager named “REN” continued my door dash order put it in the bag as I was been waiting for 10 minutes already and this manager “REN” gave me this inappropriate manners and said “Next time you have to wait at the mobile pick up area for your order” instead of apologizing for the inconvenience! This manager should improve his customer service and the importance of his responsibility at work especially during transition time as this gets more focus for their valued guest. Thank you and I hope you addressed this situation to their Restaurant Manager to give a feedback of their Managers.
