Tim Hortons review: service

Each morning, we do our usual stop at Tim Horton to grab our coffees and muffins.
This location has an eastern man who is always irritated and yells out at other Team Members. Not only that our orders 3 out the the 5 days are incorrect, or we have to change because they do not have muffins. This man gets really upsets and hes punching hard on the order screen and yelling in others in a different langue.

We and we have talked to a few other are tired of having to deal with this individual that we have started to go to another location at times.

This is not what we want to go through every morning just to get our coffees, something needs to be done about him.
