Tim Hortons review: service and food shortage

Hi there. I came into Tim Hortons at 7:50 AM on Sunday, October 13th, to provide my family with nourishing food on our way up North- the first family trip in a while. I TRUSTED Tim Hortons to provide us with quality service, and enough food to serve each and every customer everyday. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were SHOCKED- that at 8AM, this location failed to have enough sausage and eggs for our family of 4's breakfast order. That is absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable- complete waste of our time. This is not what we expect from Tim Hortons- our FORMER favourite breakfast stop location. This makes me question whether I should choose McDonalds to provide for my family's needs next time. You just lost- 40 dollars in business to your competitor. Looking forward to your response, Caleb.
